Announcement details of upcoming bond sale:

Student Loan Revenue and Refunding Bonds, Series 2024
Consisting of
$24,800,000* Senior Student Loan Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2024A (AMT),
$176,000,000* Senior Student Loan Revenue Bonds, Series 2024B (AMT),
and
$25,750,000* Subordinate Student Loan Revenue Bonds, Series 2024C (AMT)

On Thursday, May 2, 2024, the Higher Education Student Assistance Authority (the “Authority”) intends to sell the above referenced bonds (the “Series 2024 Bonds”), subject to market conditions, at which time the interest rates on the bonds will be set. The sale will be led by the bookrunning senior manager RBC Capital Markets.
