NOTICE OF INTENT TO JOIN COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
Grounds Maintenance Equipment, Attachments, and Accessories with Related Services

Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey intends to enter into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for Grounds Maintenance Equipment, Attachments, and Accessories with Related Services, to include equipment and related supplies or accessories designed or principally intended for grounds maintenance.

The State of New Jersey anticipates joining the Sourcewell contract led by the State of Minnesota in the November/December 2023 timeframe. The State of New Jersey expects to award contracts to vendors awarded a Master Agreement by the Lead State that also meet New Jersey compliance requirements and execute a New Jersey Participating Addendum.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of New Jersey is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative procurement agreements.

The comment period ends with the close of business on October 17, 2023. To ensure that your comments are received by the comment period end date, they must be submitted to the Division of Purchase and Property's Hearing Unit at dpp.protest@treas.nj.gov.
