NOTICE OF INTENT TO JOIN OMNIA PARTNERS OFFENDER MONITORING SOLUTIONS AGREEMENT

Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey intends to enter into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for Offender Monitoring Solutions through Omnia Partners.

The State of New Jersey anticipates joining the Omnia Partners contract led by the City of Mesa, Arizona in the July 2024 timeframe. The State of New Jersey expects to award a contract to the vendor awarded a Master Agreement by the Lead City of Mesa, Arizona that also meets New Jersey compliance requirements and execute a New Jersey Participating Addendum.

The contract has an initial term of five (5) years with two (2) optional one (1) year extensions.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of New Jersey is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.
