This website is intended to help individuals understand how to invest in bonds issued by the State or its Independent Authorities payable from amounts made available by the State of New Jersey subject to annual appropriation by the State Legislature. It also explains how to obtain information needed to make an informed decision to invest in our State’s infrastructure and invest in our future.
